Die Lantern 90 basiert auf dem gleichen Design wie die klassische Aputure Lantern und kombiniert das gleiche Schnellbausystem mit einer noch größeren Oberfläche, um eine noch weichere volumetrische Lichtlösung zu bieten. Mit 90 cm hat die Lantern 90 den gleichen Durchmesser wie der Aputure Light Dome II Modifier, mit einer noch größeren Streufläche, die es der Lantern ermöglicht, große Räume sofort zu beleuchten.
