Der Sous Vide Stick ist ganz einfach zu bedienen - für ein ganz neues Kocherlebnis, wirklich super! Vielleicht hier auch zum Testen, bevor man sich so was kauft. Es ist ein sogenannter "Präzisionskochtopf Immersion Zirkulator", dh man füllt einen grossen Topf (hohe Spaghetti Pfanne ist super) mit Wasser, klemmt den Stick an den Topfrand, stellt dort gem . dem Rezept die Wassertemperatur ein (ganz viele Rezepte online zu finden) und legt das Gargut (Fleisch, Fisch, Seafood, Gemüse) in einem Vakum-Plastikbeutelchen in den Topf und los gehts. Eine Bedienungsanleitung ist mit dabei und mit Vakumiersäckchen kann ich bei Bedarf auch aushelfen.
