Die RGXA2WG ist mit einem besonders leichten Korpus ausgestattet, dank dem die Gitarre gerade einmal 2,5 kg auf die Waage bringt. Für den Korpus-Bau kam die sogenannte A.I.R. Technologie zum Einsatz, bei der Decke und Boden miteinander verbunden werden, was für eine optimale Resonanz und Saitenschwingung sorgt. Eine feste Brücke und zwei Alnico Soapbar Humbucker liefern hohe Stimmstabilität und ausgewogenen, warmen Sound. Die Gitarre lässt sich extrem schnell bespielen. Der Pickup-Schalter mit LED-Beleuchtung zeigt an, welche Pickup-Konfiguration gerade aktiv ist.
