Die Instax Wide 300 bietet Aufnahmen höchster Qualität und einfache Bedienung. Das Design wurde mit einem neuen Griff zur optimalen Handhabung sowie einem optischen Echtbildsucher für noch bessere Sicht überarbeitet. Der Einstellring am Objektiv bietet zwei Schärfebereiche, dazu kommt ein praktischer Stativanschluss.
Neben Funktionen wie dem integrierten automatischen Elektronenblitz, der die Lichtstärke automatisch an die Entfernung vom Motiv anpasst, gibt es auch einen Aufhellblitz für Aufnahmen im Gegenlicht und eine Steuerung zur Aufhellung/Abdunklung für kreative High-key- und Low-key-Effekte. Mit einem Objektivvorsatz für Nahaufnahmen gelingen optimale Aufnahmen aus 40 bis 50 cm Abstand vom Motiv.
