Mit der EISMASCHINE Gusto lassen sich etwa zwei Liter Eis in einem Arbeitsgang zubereiten. Wenn die Zutaten vorgekühlt sind, schafft sie das zum Beispiel bei Sahneeiscreme in circa 30 Minuten. Möglich ist das durch den vollautomatischen, selbstkühlenden Kompressor für kontinuierliche Kälteerzeugung (bis -35°C) und den robusten Motor, der sogar für Dauerbetrieb geeignet ist, wenn viele Schleckermäuler mit Eis versorgt werden wollen.
