• Pickup and return in Naters, at the agreed time. Shipping via SBB luggage service is possible by agreement (costs paid by the renter).
• The condition is checked together and photographed at pickup and return.
• The case may only be used to transport a bike and its accessories.
• The bike must be packed properly (pedals removed, rear derailleur protected, parts secured with the straps).
• Any damage during a flight must be reported to the airline before leaving the airport (damage report/PIR), and a copy given to me on return.
• Any damage, loss, or problems must be reported to me immediately.
• The case must be returned clean and complete, including padding, straps, and lock.
• Subletting or lending the case to third parties is not allowed.
• Late returns without prior agreement are charged at the daily rate for each extra day

• Abholung und Rückgabe in Naters, zum vereinbarten Termin. Nach Absprache ist auch ein Versand per SBB-Gepäckversand möglich (Kosten zulasten des Mieters).
• Bei Übergabe und Rückgabe wird der Zustand gemeinsam geprüft und mit Fotos festgehalten.
• Der Koffer ist nur für den Transport eines Velos und des zugehörigen Zubehörs zu verwenden.
• Das Velo muss fachgerecht verpackt werden (Pedale demontieren, Schaltwerk schützen, Teile mit den Gurten sichern).
• Schäden während des Flugs müssen vor Verlassen des Flughafens bei der Airline gemeldet werden (Schadensprotokoll/PIR). Eine Kopie ist mir bei der Rückgabe zu übergeben.
• Schäden, Verlust oder Probleme sind mir umgehend zu melden.
• Der Koffer ist sauber und vollständig zurückzugeben (inkl. Polsterung, Gurten und Schloss).
• Eine Weitervermietung oder Weitergabe an Dritte ist nicht erlaubt.
• Bei verspäteter Rückgabe ohne Absprache wird jeder zusätzliche Tag zum Tagestarif verrechnet.
