Platz für 1 kg Kartoffeln. Diese schwimmen nicht im Öl. Man gibt nur einen Löffel Öl dazu. Gemäss Buch 4 Portionen. Bei meinen Essern hat es nur für 3 gereicht. Also zwei Durchgänge. Ein Durchgang braucht 40-45 Minuten. Man kann aber die Frittes halb fritieren und beiseite legen. Dann klappt es auch mit zwei Durchgängen für eine Mahlzeit. Es hat vielfältige Rezepte für Kartoffeln, Gemüse und anderes. Das Buch gebe ich nur mit, wenn Fleckenfreiheit garantiert werden kann. Auf www.tefal.de/rezepte gibt es dir Rezepte auch.
