Das RODE VideoMic Pro ist ein Richtrohrmikrofon, das für den Einsatz mit Camcordern, DSLR-Kameras und tragbaren Audiorecordern entwickelt wurde.
Das Mikrofon muss nicht von der Kamera mit Strom versorgt werden (Plug and Play).
Ebenfalls hat das Mikrofon die Möglichkeit die Lautstärke bereits am Mikrofon zu senken (-10db) oder zu erhöhen (+20db), falls in einem besonders lauten oder Leisen Umfeld gefilmt/aufgenommen wird. Zusätzlich steht ein wählbarer Hochpassfilter bei 80Hz zur Verfügung, der verhindert, dass Low-End-Rauschen wie Klimaanlagen und Verkehr aufgezeichnet wird.
Das Mikrofon kommt inkl. einer Ersatzbatterie und einer Tasche.
