Die Kamera kann normalerweise am Vorabend des ersten Miettages (ca. ab 18:00 Uhr) abgeholt werden. Die Rückgabe erfolgt am letzten Miettag. Nach Absprache kann die Rückgabe auch am nächsten Vormittag erfolgen. Unter der Woche kann die Kamera bei Bedarf in Oerlikon nahe Messeparkhaus abgeholt werden. Andere Absprachen erfolgen idealerweise vor der Abholung.
Nach Abholung der Kamera ist bei einer Stornierung der ganze Mietbetrag fällig.
