Sous Vide Stick für schonende Zubereitung von Lebensmitteln. Ideal auch zum Vorgaren für 800° Grills (Beefer etc.). Marke: Ambiano, CH-Stecker Maximale Gartemperatur 90°C. Timer zur automatischen Abschaltung. Einfachste Bedienung über Drehregler / Touch-Bedienfeld. Für Fleisch, Geflügel, Fisch und Gemüse sind schon Rezepte eingespeichert und können auf Knopfdruck abgerufen werden. Für die Garung benötigst Du noch Vakuum-Beutel. Es gehen aber auch normale Gefrierbeutel mit Zip- oder Drück-Verschluss, einfach nach "Prinzip von Archimedes" Ausschau halten ;) Ebenso solltest Du einen recht hohen Topf haben. Beides ist jedoch nicht bei der Vermietung enthalten.
