Der Mini-Follow-Focus von Tilta ist eine eigenständige Einheit und kann an jedem Film- oder Fotoobjektiv mit einem einzigen 15-mm-Standardstab befestigt werden. Das Fokussierrad ermöglicht eine 360-Grad-Drehung mit einstellbaren Endmarkierungen. Das Fokusrad verfügt außerdem über ein Flüssigkeitsdämpfungssystem, das die Fokussierung erleichtert. Das Markierungsrad ist abnehmbar und lässt sich leicht markieren und wieder reinigen.
Für Objektive mit unterschiedlichen Zahnrädern bietet Tilta eine Reihe von Getriebeaufsätzen an.
