Dieser Türheber ermöglicht auch bei schweren Metalltüren aus/einheben durch eine Person. Schafft Heben auch bei festgerosteten Bändern an Aussentüren wie Notausgänge von Einstellhallen usw. Türblatt steht allein für kurze Wartungsarbeiten.. Trotzdem ist bei unebenen Flächen oder Durchzug ein Sichern zu empfehlen. Durch Anlehnen an eine Wand, inkl. Absenken, (Heber lässt sich inkl. Türblatt drehen) oder festhalten durch einen Helfer. Bei Toren lässt sich zumindest eine Seite (Rolle) entlasten um Rollapparate zu wechseln, zu schmieren etc. Das Gerät ist im Alltag erprobt und für Monteure die alleine unterwegs sind, ein unentbehrlicher Helfer.
