Der Tacx Flow ist ideal, um zu Hause unabhängig vom Wetter zu trainieren. Das Velo kann rasch mit dem Schnellspanner befestigt werden. Der Flow ist sehr einfach zu bedienen. Mit dem Lenkercomputer wird die elektromagnetische Bremse geregelt. Außerdem werden Herzfrequenz, Leistung, Geschwindigkeit und Trittfrequenz angezeigt. Beim Training können verschiedene Positionen gewählt werden, um Widerstand und Steigung individuell anzupassen. Zusätzlich sind ein Schweissfänger und je nach Bedarf ein 26 und 28 Zoll Trainingsreifen dabei. Der
