While using airless spraying requires significant and lengthy preparation (need to cover everything that does not need to be painting) and comes with overspray (so need to protect yourself), its speed of application (painting a 20m2 room in literally 5 minutes) and quality of finish (no roller mark) is really worth it if you want to repaint a relatively large surface area (at least 10m2, below this it will be faster to use a roller).
Also note that the machine is relatively loud so don't expect to be able to use it on Sunday unless you have no neighbors nearby.
